Shipments

Depending on quantities in stock, it can take about 2-3 days once payment has been received. 

If there is no stock in Australia, then it can take up to two (2) weeks or more for delivery.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

SeaXtreme Pty Ltd will be happy to exchange sizes on clothing purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, within 7 days from receipt. Only products that are in their original condition will be exchanged, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

For all returns please email sales@seaxtreme.com.au with the following details: your name, receipt number, product name/code, reason for return exchange.

SeaXtreme Pty Ltd return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. SeaXtreme Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as SeaXtreme Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage.

Exceptions to Returnable Products:

 

Products offered on Sale and swimwear are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.
