Terms and Conditions

By using the site and service, you agree with and accept all of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then please refrain from using the site.

1. Description of clothing and items

We try our hardest to explain items on offer to the best of our knowledge.

2. Distributor

As a distributer of a number of wholesalers, we endeavour to supply goods to customers when and if available.  At times, items may not be available for a longer period of time, or the supplier is no longer making that particular item.  We would appreciate your patience in any delays that may happen.

3. Your details

When you may make a purchase online, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide for the purposes of delivery is true, accurate and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SeaXtreme Pty Ltd will not replace or refund money for lost goods due to the buyers error. 

4. Condition of products

Any complaints from buyers, issues relating to damage of goods, returns and refunds are to be addressed to SeaXtreme Pty Ltd immediately for consideration of outcome.

5. Payment methods

Purchases may be paid online using Paypal or direct deposit using our online payment facility. All prices are in Australian dollars and are payable in Australian dollars plus GST.

6. Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket on the site displays the goods you have chosen. Postage is calculated by items selected.  Unless specifically stated, all orders will be dispatched within 2 – 3 working days if in stock once payment has been confirmed. If out of stock, we will notify you of estimated delivery, sometimes up to 2 weeks or longer.  Any delivery times that may be quoted are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

7. Post & packing/delivery

For all sales within Australia, delivery is usually by express post.  Sales outside Australia are subject to international postage and insurance charges which SeaXtreme Pty Ltd will notify buyer.

8. Returns & exchanges

SeaXtreme Pty Ltd will be happy to exchange sizes on clothing purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, within 7 days from receipt. Only products that are in their original condition will be exchanged, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

For all returns please email sales@seaxtreme.com.au with the following details: your name, receipt number, product name/code, reason for return exchange.

SeaXtreme Pty Ltd return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. SeaXtreme Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as SeaXtreme Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage.

Exceptions to Returnable Products: Products offered on Sale and swimwear are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

9. Feedback

General comments about the site and service are welcome and Complaints about a specific product is accepted and taken into consideration within reason.
